🌎 Apostille / Authentication & Copy Certification Services

If you're preparing for overseas travel for business, legal matters or relocation our apostille and copy certification services ensure your document is properly authenticated and accepted abroad. An apostille is a specialized certificate issued by the Secretary of State of the original document's issuing  state validating the authenticity of the seal and signature of a public official or notary, enabling the document to be recognized in foreign Hague Convention countries.

Non-Hauge Convention countries require a multi-step legalization process for documents used abroad including authentication by the Embassy or Consulate of the place in which the document is to be presented.

Apostilles Are Most Often Needed For:

  • Vital Records (Birth/Marriage/Death Certificates)

  • Divorce Decrees

  • Court issued judgements

  • Business and corporate documents

  • School transcripts and diplomas

  • Overseas PCS and Military Documents

  • Other documents issued by a public authority or notarized by a notary

We also offer certified copies of original documents. This is ideal for passports, driver’s licenses, academic records, and other personal or business documents that need to be officially recognized.

FAQs

What is Remote Online Notarization?

questions.png

📄 RON allows you to get documents notarized online via a secure video call with a commissioned notary.

✅ It's legal, convenient, and valid in all participating U.S. states.

Is RON legally valid in my state?

questions.png

✔ Yes! I'm authorized to notarize for signers nationwide — as long as I am physically located in that state of Kansas during the session.

I am traveling and in a different country, is RON still an option?

questions.png

🌏 Great question! Certain provisions apply to a RON session for an individual located outside of the U.S. For that reason that document must:

- Be filed with or relates to a matter before a public official or court, governmental entity, or other entity subject to the jurisdiction of the United States and/or,

- The document involves property located in the territorial jurisdiction of the U.S. or involves a transaction substantially connected with the U.S.

What is required for a RON session?

questions.png

🪪 A valid, government-issued photo ID.

🛜 A stable internet connection.

💻 Access to a phone, or computer with a camera and audio capabilities.

Can you notarize real estate documents remotely?

questions.png

Is this process secure?

questions.png

🔒 The sessions are encrypted, recorded for compliance, and the documents are protected on secure servers.

What is the difference between an apostille and an authentication?

questions.png

🇺🇸 Apostille: Used for countries that belong to the Hague Apostille Convention.

🏛️ Authentication: Used for countries not part of the convention and may require additional embassy legalization.

We help determine which process your destination country requires.
